General conditionsThese general conditions of sale regulate all relationships between: the company NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL and its Internet clients (“The customer”). Before making any transaction, the customer acknowledges knowing and declares to accept these conditions from the moment they click on the Accept button.1 / Special conditions of saleThe customer acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, component price, weight, quantity, colour, product details, cost of benefits, etc.) and declares expressly accept them without reservation. The realization of the order and its confirmation by the client materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.2 / OrderThe customer places the order by clicking on the “add to cart” tab. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the button “I accept the general conditions of sale and make the payment” in the menu bar.The NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL automatic registration systems serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The customer must print and send to NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL duly signed the purchase request for orders over 500 euros (merchandise cost, VAT included) that appears on the screen. Likewise, the client must adjust the present general conditions of sale on paper duly signed. Otherwise, orders over this amount will not be taken into account and will not be legally valid.
3 / Order confirmation
NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL confirms the acceptance of your order to the customer through the means you choose: email, fax or postal mail. The sale will not end until NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL confirms the order.
NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL reserves the possibility of not confirming an order for any specific reason such as the supply of products, a problem related to the order received (e.g. illegible document), an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem concerning delivery. NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL will inform the customer.
No new orders can be made until the customer has made the payment of the sums due in respect of the previous orders. Likewise, the ownership of the merchandise will not be fully transferred until the company NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL receives the sums due by the customer.
4 / Order delivery conditions
The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the merchandise at the time of ordering. NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL reserves the right to use all the necessary means to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer. Deliveries will be made only in the territory of Spain (including the Balearic and Canary Islands). Shipments to the Canary Islands: By accepting the general conditions, the customer agrees to pay customs fees.
5 / Delivery times
Deliveries will be made within a maximum period of 8 working days. If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will let you know and confirm the date it will be available again or we will propose an equivalent substitute product. Delivery is paid by the recipient.
6 / Delivery and receipt of orders
Delivery costs are included in the price (VAT included). Otherwise you will be indicated delivery costs before making the purchase.
When placing an order, the customer agrees to sign the receipt sheet submitted by the person making the delivery, which may include all the observations he deems necessary. By signing the receipt sheet, the customer acknowledges having received the number of packages indicated therein. If the customer observes damaged products or the lack of products, he must make a claim in the Customer Relations Service by e-mail or by mail to Avenida Pirineos 9, Nave 4, San Sebastián de los Reyes, 28703 Madrid, in a maximum period of three days.
Any event, such as force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport strike that delays, prevents or causes the supply to be exorbitant, constitutes, by express agreement, a suspension or termination clause of the obligations of the NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL company, without compensation for the benefit of the customer if the event takes place for more than 15 days. In these circumstances, the client will be exempted, completely and automatically, from his obligations regarding his order.
The company NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL will inform the customer through any appropriate means and on the same day that said event occurs so that he can freely cancel his orders by response by postal mail or e-mail once the event has been notified.
When the delivery of the merchandise to the customer cannot be made due to the latter, the company NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL reserves the possibility of invoicing preparation costs of 15 euros (VAT included).
7 / Shipping company
Deliveries will be made by NACEX during normal business hours. Select the shipping address so that someone can receive the package.
8 / Price
All prices are indicated in euros and include VAT. The price billed to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL. Payment of products and services is made by credit card in a secure environment of our provider’s server. The charge on the customer’s credit card will be made in euros 2 days after the acceptance of the order by NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL. NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL retains ownership of the products until the customer fully pays the price of the products and services.
9 / Products sheet
The photographs that show the products are provided as an indication. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information contained in the packaging or the instructions for use. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The colour of the products shown in the virtual store may differ from the actual colour of the product.
10 / Payment terms
The requested products will be delivered after payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card, American Express, JCB) or PayPal.
11 / Security of private information (National Computing and Freedom Commission)
NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL is obliged to protect your private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, lease or disclose your personal data to any person (or third parties).
12 / Information requested

The buyer should consult the appropriate instructions and recommendations found in the mode of use provided with the product.
15 / Right to resend merchandise and withdrawal period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without justification.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquires the material possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

When connecting to the website created by NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL, owner of all intellectual property rights thereof, the customer may not copy or download all or part of its content, without prior and express authorization of NEWLINE ELECTRONICS SL.
